STAGING SERVICES FOR SELLERS
Just as every home is diffent, so are its needs when it comes to home staging. Real Estaging offers 5 Levels of Service to accommodate every listing scenario and budget.
1. CONSULT / REPORT: Our stager visits a Seller's property to instruct and direct what must be done to best ready the property for market.
2. REARRANGE*: Our Styling Team transforms the property working only with the sellers existing furniture, art, and accessories to achieve the best sales impact possible.
3. ENHANCE*: Includes all the above, plus Real Estaging adds decorative "props" and/or furniture to create the desired effect.
4. VACANT FURNISH: Complete furnishing and decorating of a home seller's vacant property.
5. MODEL: Plan, design, furnish and decorate a developer / builder's model unit.

Together with our sister company, CRAIG Interior Design, we can quickly transform the look of your home! So while styling a home is not hardcore interior design… it can have as dramatic of a result. You might to think of Interior Styling as Interior Design Light, or Interior Decorating for the home you live in. Regardless of what you call it, you will work with a formally educated Designer to arrive at the new beautifully cohesive look for your home.
